Dr. René Méndez

Professor Méndez is an associate Professor at the University of Chile. He has made a lot of contribution to the fields of stellar, experimental and galactic astronomy.

• Research: "Trigonometric parallax of stars in the solar neighborhood", for publishing more than 70 papers in the Scientific American.
