located at Cerro Tololo. The new object, which is also
present at mag approximately 16.7 in an image taken
on Oct. 19.00, is located at R.A. = 18h36m36s.91 +/-
0".2, Decl. = -47°03'15".7 +/- 0".2 (equinox 2000.0),
which is about 3".1 west and 0".5 south of center of
the galaxy ESO 281-14. Nothing is visible at this position
on archival images taken on Sept. 22.09 (limiting mag
18.0) and Sept. 9.14 (limiting mag 18.5).
