Areas of Interest

I am currently studying whether the most energetic AGN activity plays a regulating role in the star formation of the most massive galaxies. I am also interested in the search for intermediate mass black holes (IMBHs) and their role in the formation of supermassive black holes (SMBHs).

Areas of Interest

I am mostly interested in detection and characterization of extra-solar planets. Therefore, anything related to planets and life in the universe is quite fascinating to me.

Areas of Interest

My main area of research is extragalactic radio astronomy. I've worked on radiative processes in galaxies, specifically, on the detection of Anomalous Microwave Emission. I am also interested in radio astronomy instrumentation design and radio telescopes operation.

Areas of Interest

I work on massive and dense molecular clumps where massive stars form. I use multi-line molecular surveys to characterize the physical and chemical properties of early stage (pre-stellar) clumps to HII regions.

Areas of Interest

My main area of interest is Active Galactic Nuclei. I am currently studying the optical time variability whether it can give an estimate of black hole mass.

My work focuses mainly in the confirmation and characterization of transiting exoplanet candidates from NGTS and TESS using high-precision radial velocities through high-resolution echelle spectrographs such as FEROS and HARPS. To this end I’ve also studied stellar characterization through stellar SED fitting using publicly available broad-band photometry and several libraries of stellar atmospheric models.
